  1. From Sara: Thanks for the blog in general and for the Friday extras. When looking at the How to Deal with Being Called Out article, I kept thinking about this TEDx talk from Jay Smooth. I use it with my (mostly white) students every semester and it really helps to reframe the discussions in a not so threatening way.
